Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a full-venue celebration, our seasonal rates and booking options are designed to accommodate a wide range of events. Seasonal Pricing

Rates vary based on season and day of the week.

  • Off-Peak: January–February

  • Shoulder Season: March–April, November

  • Peak Season: May–October, December

Listed rates represent base pricing. Final pricing is confirmed after date availability and event details are reviewed.
Submitting a request does not reserve a date until confirmed by the Stone House Venue team.

  • From $150/hr · 3-hour minimum

    Ideal for meetings, workshops, private dinners, rehearsals, and smaller gatherings that don’t require full venue access.

    This option provides exclusive use of one designated indoor event space within Stone House. It’s designed for focused, intimate events with a simple setup and clear timeline.

    Includes

    • One indoor event space

    • Shared access to common areas as applicable

    • Setup and breakdown included within booked time

  • From $250/hr

    Best for mid-sized events that benefit from multiple spaces and guest flow.

    Partial Building rentals include access to two or three event rooms, allowing for separate areas for ceremonies, receptions, breakout sessions, or workshops while maintaining a cohesive experience.

    • Flexible room layout (confirmed in advance)

    • Shared access to common areas

  • From $900/hr · Venue exclusivity

    Designed for weddings, corporate events, and large private celebrations.

    A Full Building rental provides exclusive use of the entire Stone House venue, offering maximum privacy, flexibility, and creative control for your event.

    Includes

    • Exclusive access to all indoor event spaces

    • Priority use of outdoor areas (weather permitting)

    • Flexible layout, timeline, and vendor coordination

  • Up to $9,000 · Flat-rate option

    Created for weddings and high-production events requiring extended access and elevated coordination.

    The Premium Event option offers a simplified, flat-rate structure for large-scale or full-day events, helping streamline planning and budgeting.

The Lounge

Capacity: Up to 50 Guests | 150 with Dining Room

Offering the finest craft cocktails, plush leather seating, and gorgeous wood tables. Our rustic barn door allows for a private experience in this majestic room.

The Lounge is perfect for intimate dinners, wine tastings, or as an exclusive cocktail space for your larger event.

The Courtyard

Ceremony: 130 Guests | Seated Dinner: 100 Guests

Perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony and al fresco dining. Framed by romantic stone walls, an intimate wine cavern, and a picturesque brick stairway.

This space, nestled against the backdrop of Nevada City's natural beauty, is the ideal setting for a Gold Country event you'll never forget.

A dimly lit underground cellar or tunnel with stone walls and ceiling, decorated with hanging string lights and wall-mounted lanterns. There are candles on the floor, a barrel, and a table with more candles and small decorative items.

Featuring a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system and wooden dance floor, there is no better place in the Sierra Foothills to dance the night away.

Perfect for wedding receptions, corporate events with entertainment, or as Nevada City's premier live music venue with professional acoustics and atmosphere.

The Parlour

The Parlour features exposed brick, intimate lighting, and a full-service bar that sets the perfect atmosphere for mingling and celebration.

The Great Hall

Historic Wine Cave

The Cavern

Capacity: Up to 30 Guests

Get creative in the cave. Built in the late 1800's as a brewery, this unique space offers endless possibilities.

Make it your wedding hideaway, host intimate wine and whiskey tastings, or arrange a small private dinner in this one-of-a-kind underground venue.

The Suite

3 Bedroom Penthouse

Our 3 bedroom penthouse suite is a perfect place to accommodate your daytime relaxation and overnight stay.

Equipped with a steam shower, copper tub, and full kitchen, the Suite provides luxurious comfort for wedding parties, extended guests, or anyone wanting the full Stone House experience.
